Patron, a 2-year-old Jack Russell Terrier, is being praised for saving lives in Ukraine as Russia’s invasion of the country enters its third month.

After launching a large-scale invasion on February 24 — the first major land conflict in Europe in decades – Russia’s onslaught on Ukraine has continued.
Patron searches for bombs left over after Russia’s assaults as part of his duty with State Emergency Service (SES) rescuers in the north Ukrainian city of Chernihiv, according to NPR.

Patron has helped defuse around 90 explosive devices since the invasion of Ukraine began, according to the news agency.
Brave Patron has amassed a sizable fan base on social media as a result of his abilities and stunning beauty.

On Tuesday, the Ukrainian State Emergency Service posted images of Patron on Facebook for his fans to enjoy, including one of a toddler holding the renowned dog. The pet was dubbed “pyrotechnic canine Patron” by the business, who described it as “liked by both adults and children.”

“Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, a canine named Patron, who works with SES rescues in Chernihiv, has helped disarm nearly 90 explosive devices,” stated the tweet. “Patron’s story will undoubtedly be made into a film one day, but for the time being, he is diligently performing his professional obligations.”
