Nothing appears to be more relaxing than what Olive and Mayo are doing in their viral TikTok video from earlier this month after spending most of my workday sending and responding to emails, revising posts, and posting new ones.
Sunbathing appears to be the activity that the two pit bulls like the most, judging by the video that was uploaded on June 18 by the dogs’ mother, Jenny Walker. As they snooze, they are both motionless on their backs, T-rexing their front legs, and exposing their tummies to the sky. The only things lacking are some beach chairs and dog bowls decorated with cute little umbrellas for the dogs to enjoy with.
Even if you’re sitting on the rough pavement of an outside patio, it still manages to be the pinnacle of leisure. On TikTok, the calming 10 seconds have already amassed more than 7 million views as of this moment.
Since then, the focus of Walker’s account has shifted almost entirely to the two sun dogs, as evidenced by the numerous videos that show them basking in the sunlight. It would appear that Mayo will experience some level of irritation if her daughter Olive were to become too restless while they were tanning. I guess there is some work involved.
Who wouldn’t want to have the same level of calm as Olive and Mayo if they were their dogs? Just watch out that they don’t burn when they’re out in the sun. You can get some sunscreen designed specifically for dogs at any local pet store or buy some online. You don’t want them to get a sunburn or anything worse, do you?
