The dog, to impress the players, was carrying a pair of black Adidas cleats in his teeth.
The athletes made an effort to focus on the game, but the dog wouldn’t go away. He sneakily avoided the officials as he strolled across the grass until the game was stopped. The dog chose to lie down and start enthusiastically chewing on the shoe since he was happy that the attention was finally on him. The dog quickly rose to fame as the commentators couldn’t stop gushing about how adorable he seemed to be.
The dog curled over for belly rubs as soon as other players approached, soaking up the affection and company.
