Texting while driving is a dangerous practice, as is common knowledge. It poses the same level of risk as getting behind the wheel after a long day of work or after consuming more alcohol than is considered safe. Even though we all know it’s dangerous to send that “I’m on my way” text or look up directions to our destination while driving, there are those among us who can’t help but do it from time to time.

This is not a good thing. On the other hand, there will be times when we will be so fortunate as to have someone else in the car with us to constantly remind us of how poor our decisions are. And it just so happened that the dog in question belonged to one particular owner! One dog owner from Mississauga, Ontario in Canada received a very crucial lesson in safety from their 18-month-old Cane Corso, who is very safety concerned when the two of them were driving.

Amazing Graycie, a young dog, was tasked with the responsibility of reminding her owner to refrain from texting while operating the vehicle. She resisted their attempts to remove their phone from its holder by forcefully shoving their hand away each time they reached for it.
Amazing Graycie can be seen repeatedly nudging her owner’s hand away from the camera as someone in the back seat of the car shot this fantastic footage.

After some time, the dog became so upset with its owner’s insistence on seizing the phone that the owner was forced to resort to more severe methods. She yelled at them as if to say, “I warned you to stop!” rather than simply pushing them with her nose.
What an intelligent and trustworthy pooch!
