Our canine companions provide several functions in our lives. They could be a service animal or just a cuddly goofy to cuddle at home. Many dogs are trained to help people with jobs like herding livestock or hunting, and some dogs are even built to help sailors.
Given our dogs’ skills, though, we can’t determine what their true limits are. Dogs are now capable of tasks once thought impossible or unimaginable, and this Golden Retriever revealed that they can also hunt in the water.
We don’t know much about this dog right now, but we’re confident that her video will become viral and that the rest of the world will discover her name soon. The video begins with the dog standing motionless in the water, as though she had passed out from her complete immobility.
This dog, on the other hand, was striving to read the movements of the fish that had piqued her interest. Her movements also scared the fish away, so she had to stay still. This young dog is an expert at what she does, as evidenced by the fact that this is not her first time. Given how tough it is to get our puppies to sit still, this dog’s discipline is astounding.
This dog, like a hawk, waited for the right opportunity to strike. The dog was well aware that if an opportunity arose, she needed to move swiftly, and when it did, she chomped down on the fish in front of her. She didn’t catch a very large fish, but that wasn’t the goal.
What counts is that she can fish, which is a skill that not many dogs have. When we consider that she is catching them with her mouth alone, we can see that catching a small fish is considerably more difficult. After capturing her prey, she returned up the wooden staircase to her owner to present her capture to her humans. Youngster, you’ve done a fantastic job!
