Dogs have no fear of anything, with the possible exception of explosions and vacuums. While they rarely experience fireworks outside of special occasions like New Year’s Eve or the Fourth of July, vacuums are a different matter. Most of us usually vacuum our homes once a week at least. This implies that our poor pets must battle their artificial enemy.

Most dog owners strive to make accommodations for their pets to prevent being too startled by the noise. Sometimes we’ll remove them from the vacuum by placing them outside or in a different room. Some of us may have even attempted to convert to a quieter model, such as a Roomba.

However, there are instances when even a quiet Roomba can be too much for our canine companions. When Emma Rendleman introduced her English Bulldog puppy to a Roomba, she recorded what transpired. The little dog had never encountered a vacuum before; this was his first encounter. Before the event in the clip, they had been enjoying Oslo’s bold and playful demeanor for a few weeks.

Even though the little dog had a fearless spirit and a sense of adventure, the Roomba was the one thing in the house that Oslo just couldn’t bring himself to accept as part of the family. But after a few weeks, he overcame his reservations. The outcome led to an entertaining clip.
Emma remarked, “What was supposed to be a bark fest transformed into a full-on rodeo!” He’s never ridden the Roomba before, and boy did it make us giggle! ”
