Thunder, a Pit Bull weighing 65 pounds, truly adores the opportunity to assist his human mom in fostering babies. Because he enjoys it so much, he doesn’t even bother to go to bed when she’s up all night feeding the newborns from the bottle. And as the puppies become older, he can pass on a lot of knowledge to them.

When Thunder’s mom brought home two newborn pit bull puppies, Fig and Fern, she quickly realized that her dog had a passion for fostering. As soon as she started feeding them throughout the night, Thunder began maintaining watch over them instantly.

When the puppies were only a few weeks old, Thunder would bring the puppies their toys so that they could play with them. Fig and Fern were so interested in their wacky “uncle” that they quickly began imitating everything he did and playing alongside him. He even instructed them on how to “sit” properly!

Thunder felt a lot of sadness when Fern and Fig were ready to leave their foster home after 8 weeks because they had become quite attached to them. But he didn’t have time to wallow in his misery for very long because his foster parents brought him a new litter of puppies!

According to Thunder’s mother, her son gets very excited when the family gets new puppies to foster and will do a happy jump. You may judge for yourself by watching the entertaining video down below:
