There is nothing a dog won’t do for their person once they develop a bond with them. It’s a strong bond because their person is only theirs and no one else’s. Dogs are wonderful pets because of this beautiful attitude, but it can also be a hilarious tragedy for those of us who want to grow close to the dog’s owner.
On Bailey the Golden Retriever’s video, we got to see it for ourselves. A dog named Bailey has his very own YouTube account. He is well renowned for his humorous and entertaining films, and one of them showed his owner’s highly protective side. The 2-year-old golden retriever would not even allow his owner’s husband to touch her without funny results.
For Bailey’s channel, the pair made a humorous video that demonstrated how devoted Bailey is to his owner. The husband kept attempting to touch his wife’s foot, but Bailey would always give him a very harsh look to indicate that he wasn’t joking around. Bailey stepped up his defense as the spouse persisted in his attempts. He stood up and walked up to his mother, going so far as to gently place her foot in his mouth to prevent her husband from trying to take it.
Of course, this simply makes the couple laugh at their dog’s excessively protective behavior. It also didn’t end there. Bailey gave the man a couple barks of warning when he put his hand on her leg. Bailey continued his staring down the spouse by barking more and sitting on top of his owner when the husband “didn’t get it.” The father and Bailey are best buddies in real life – as long as Bailey isn’t serving as his mom’s bodyguard, which one would imagine they wouldn’t be following the video.
