An assistant coach at a soccer club in Paraguay is winning the hearts of animal rights activists and other people who care about animals all over the world.
A stray dog that was taken in by the soccer team 2 de Mayo in Paraguay has been given a home there and now takes part in all of their activities. She not only watches matches from the sidelines, stands, and by the side of the coach, but she also cheers on her team and growls at their opponents.

After feeding the dog a slice of pie, according to Coach Carlos Jara Saguier, 61, the dog became friendly with him. “I offered her a slice of pie (empanada), and from that day forward, she has greeted me every time I come into the office. She no longer attempted to escape from me. “Now with a grunt, she threatens those who are working against us,” Saguier remarked.

“The dog lives in the clubhouse; she never escapes from me, and when I close the doors to go home and she stays there, it irritates her a little bit,” the owner explained. However, during the day she is so outgoing that everyone adores her for it.

The trainer calls his dog, who has earned the nickname Tesapara, his “partner” because the dog always travels with him. After a game, she is present in the room where he is being interviewed by the media. When she is not permitted to be in the technical area, she sits in the stands and observes the matches.

And she even participates in the drills, which is something that Saguier finds quite enjoyable. He laughed and remarked, “The thing that makes me chuckle is that she attempts to replicate the movement of the players while we are training.”
We are so happy that Tesapara was able to find a home where she is valued and contributes in a way that is vital to the team.
