The judges of the popular television program “Britain’s Got Talent” were moved to tears when they saw the lovely canine that was saved from the unlawful dog meat market in Thailand. According to The Sun, the Miracle dog’s moving survival story truly stole the show when he went on the show to perform a magic trick.

His owner Amanda Leask informed the panel of judges, which included Simon Cowell, that the dog meat trade caused him to spend the first portion of his life in appalling circumstances. “The rescuer assumed he was dead when she first spotted him, but when her camera flashed, he opened an eye. His survival was truly a miracle. He was carefully nursed back to health once they brought him home to Scotland.

Miracle was forced to live in horrific conditions, locked in a cell with 1,000 other dogs as a victim of the unlawful dog meat market. However, the heroic dog, who “refused to die,” now resides with Leask and, according to her, comforts her son Kyle, who has autism and cerebral palsy. According to Leask, “if Kyle gets distressed by an event, like too many people invading his space, Miracle will approach him and allow him to grab the fur on the rear of his neck for solace.”

According to The Sun, Leask fell in love with Miracle after hearing about the horrifying dog meat traffic in Thailand and watching a picture of him that a rescue organization had uploaded online. She finally had the dog transported to Edinburgh after months of searching.

The dog’s story brought the judges, including the infamously critical Cowell, to tears. In the program, Miracle pulls off a magic trick that nicely unveils some other canine companions that Leask, an accomplished dog rescuer, has brought along.
