A little over a month ago, this adorable puppy named Oakley was just another dog abandoned and alone in the world, desperate to find a permanent home. However, it’s surprising how quickly things may improve when people chose to adopt rather than buy. The most amazing thing you’ll see today is this adorable little girl singing to her rescued cat.
Lauren Malone and her family adopted Oakley last week after finding him through American Lab Rescue (ALR), an organization that saves dogs from overcrowded shelters and provides them a second chance. Her profession comprises establishing these links between adopters and the animals in need.
The group wrote on Instagram: “While Oakley will be missed, we are optimistic that he will have an amazing life.” We’re convinced that playing, hugs and kisses, and naps will be plenty for Oakley.” And they are entirely correct.
