Despite the unpleasant experiences in his life, a dog found in the middle of the road turned out to have the cutest smile. “A car approaching in the opposite direction wasn’t stopping,” the dog’s savior said. “At that point, we realized she was hurt. She has likely already been struck. She jumped outside to attract the dog’s attention. Surprisingly, unlike other dogs, the dog didn’t bolt away. She appeared to require assistance urgently.

She said, “She walked over to me and I was able to pick her up. “When I finally had her in my hands, she just sort of melted into me.” They then took her to the veterinarian to have her injuries examined. She was run over, according to the rescuers. Reina continued to cling to her rescuer even after they arrived at the veterinarian. She must have been so terrified that all she wanted was someone to trust.

However, she had to spend the night at the vet. Luckily, the injuries weren’t as bad as they imagined when they came to take her up the next day. Reina only sustained a single fractured arm. That nothing substantial was occurring was a relief. The curious (and ridiculously sweet) thing was that the gorgeous tiny dog was “just smiling and just squirming.” Despite her injury, she exudes such joy and satisfaction. She must be saying, “Thanks to you, I feel better today.”

Her rescuer cheerfully recalled, “As soon as she had the cast on and she got her meds, she transformed into a different animal. I doubt she’d ever slept on a bed before because as soon as she got onto one we set up on the floor, she passed out.

She genuinely adores her new house, and it is obvious. She is now beaming with happiness and smiles as every dog should be. When her cast was taken off after three weeks, volunteer Meghan decided to foster the puppy. And it was only a matter of time before she developed feelings for the cheerful puppy. From a run-over dog to a dog who loves life, love is beautiful.
