It’s fascinating how some animals, especially dogs, can respond to different emotions displayed by people. Dogs can communicate with humans through human emotions even when they are unable to fully understand what we are saying. After observing this particular encounter between a Beagle and an infant, you might see how much a dog can understand human emotions.

The most wholesome pairing in the world is probably babies and dogs. You simply cannot stop watching their endearing interactions and the unique kind of friendship that they have. For Charlie, the family created a YouTube account where they post videos of all of their trips together. Additionally, it’s their way of demonstrating to the world how well-matched canines and infants may be.

Just this one clip demonstrates Charlie’s sensitivity to the baby’s feelings. One day, the mother was playing with Laura’s toys. Charlie, however, walked into the room quickly and took the toy out of his mother’s hands without asking for it. Laura began sobbing as her bright toy vanished in front of her. Charlie quickly put down the toy and hurriedly approached Laura while wearing a frightened expression. Charlie assessed the situation and recognized that he was the one who had caused the infant to cry. Charlie’s subsequent actions shocked the family.

The guilty Beagle began pacing the house, and his mother questioned why. Charlie returned a little while later with a ball in his mouth, placing it next to Laura. Charlie wanted to make up for what he did earlier even though the baby had already ceased crying. However, Charlie was still not pleased and continued to hunt for more items to give to Laura.

Giving the infant a gaming controller that he had found in the cabinet, he searched the space for more. Charlie then began stacking items on top of Laura by removing a box of toys from underneath the infant’s crib. Being covered in her toys does not seem to bother Laura; in fact, she seemed to enjoy their engagement.
When Charlie saw that the infant was no longer sobbing, he felt relieved. Charlie kissed the infant, thinking she would overlook him taking her toy earlier.
