Despite not having any puppies of her own, Loryn the Golden Retriever is still a mother. She currently shares a farm with her human Andrea, therefore she is constantly assisting her in caring for all the animals. Loryn has had her fair share of furry friends, including hedgehogs and kittens, but nothing prepared her for when her mother brought home newborn goats.

The goats immediately drew Loryn’s attention, and the two formed a bond. She cared for them as if they were her children and worked tirelessly to keep them secure. The maternal instincts of Loryn’s mother were evident as she groomed, hugged, and followed them around.

The goat kids enjoyed Loryn as much as she loved them, and they grew to be inseparable. Because of how well she took care of them, and because Loryn wouldn’t have it any other way, the goats started to think of her as their real mother.

Mia, Delilah, Daisy Mae, and Henry were the names of the first goats Loryn took care of, and she adored them all equally. The four of them continuously sought to be near Loryn as they followed her around the ranch. The goats are no longer young and fully grown, but they still live on the farm and are quite close to Loryn.

As the goats age and no longer require regular attention, Loryn has turned her maternal impulses onto other young creatures that have recently arrived on the property. Even more recently, she was given a new baby sister named Nola, whose parents are both Loryn.
