The most significant thing in the world is family. Even the Golden Retriever owned by John Bache concurs. That’s why he was utterly taken aback when he learned that he was going to have a human baby sibling. And in the funniest way possible. Even a video of the unexpected statement was captured. He is first seated on his human father’s lap when he makes the following announcement: “Someone is going to have a baby brother.” The Goldie appeared joyful before the information was revealed to him. He is grinning broadly while panting. His entire look transformed after that.
His smirk vanished, and he turned to gaze at his father in shock. He let the stunning revelation sink in as he was nose-to-nose with his father. Before adjusting the camera to capture the dog’s response from a different angle, Dad shot back the same glance. The puppy’s face started to smile again at that point. A less lively one because he was still a little taken aback. Dad then reminded him once more. He yelled, “Baby brother!” The dog’s expression grew silent once more at that point.
Not that the Golden wasn’t ecstatic, mind you. He simply didn’t anticipate the news. Or for his father to abruptly break it. Indeed, Golden Retrievers are known to be devoted to kids. “Golden retrievers get along well with children. They are friendly canines who enjoy spending time with families. They can play rough and tumble with older children, adults, and other canines as well as being soft and delicate towards infants and toddlers, according to Golden Hearts.
Having Goldens nearby can also be advantageous for kids because they can teach them responsibility and will always have a friend by their side. However, this Golden’s response was rather comical. It is so amusing that over 1.9 million people have seen it. One viewer said, “I don’t care how many times I see this, I break up every damn time. He was overjoyed when the dog’s real baby sibling was born, as it turned out. He adored that baby to the hilt. The Golden retriever appears in a follow-up film by Bache sporting the biggest grin ever and waving his tail furiously as it bounces about the carpet.
He is overjoyed that his baby brother has at last arrived. And he’s right there next to him! This adorable dog appears to be beyond happy. As if it were the little sibling he had always desired. He is seated as close to the infant as his parents will allow. And he seemed ecstatic to be standing where he is. This Golden seemed ecstatic to have a new best friend, although he could have been a little surprised at first.
