One who has owned a pet knows the joy of returning home to be greeted by one of these sweet, trusting creatures. The affection and attention that your animals provide in the form of hugs and licks might help you forget about the problems and stresses in your life. In addition to their Maine Coon cat named Milo, Emma-Leigh Matthews and her spouse Shane are the proud owners of three malamutes named Phil, Niko, and Teddy Bear. They also have a lovely young daughter named Amelia (Nickname – Mia).

Recently, the Matthews Malamute Family received a visit from Mia’s grandmother. The arrival of the three malamutes’ grandma was highly exciting for them as if a famous person had come to visit them at their home. The moment they noticed she was home, all three dogs began to bark loudly at the front entrance.

Emma knew her dogs wanted to meet their granny, so she led them there. Emma brought all her animals with her to the kitchen, where they went thru the side door and into the lovely garden area. Their grandmother was ready for these lovely fluffy critters while seated on a large couch.

When they saw their grandmother, all three malamutes leaped onto the couch to give her a bear hug. Niko sat on the sofa anticipating Grandma’s kiss despite her excitement to meet her. In the meantime, Phil approached granny and began kissing her.

He started crying out of happiness. Teddy joined in but quickly left when he saw a ball to play with. Niko awaited her grandmother’s call. Her grandmother’s belly rubs were her favorite. Phil re-joined the granny and nibbled her nose. Later, granny even got to meet Milo and Mia, who were overjoyed to finally see her after all this time.
