In Brazil one month ago, during a local beauty competition, the ordinary contestants were taken by complete surprise when they found themselves being overshadowed by a unique kind of competitor. And after that, they didn’t have much of a shot of winning. At the most recent contest for the title of Miss So Mateus do Sul, Danieli Link Weber was one of the many witnesses present. He was there to watch over a dozen contestants from the area compete for the prized title. There was a pause in the activity, though, and a new rival appeared.
It was just some random dog. He stormed the runway and became the center of attention, enjoying the admiration of the audience as he did so. A lot of people showed their admiration. Weber told The Dodo, “I smiled and clapped. I thought that it was wonderful. He was met with applause. The audience responded with a good deal of laughing as well as applause.”
The dog’s time on stage was brief, and it ended with him vanishing into the audience; nonetheless, this helped to make his appearance all the more enticing because of how quickly he left the stage. Weber remarked, “He certainly put up a show.” Even Jennifer Jaworski, who was going to become Miss So Mateus do Sul 2022 and couldn’t help but stare in awe of the random dog rival, was unable to help but be impressed by the dog’s performance.
After all, in his unique way, he can be considered to have succeeded as the winner. Jaworski was quoted as saying to The Dodo, “I enjoyed how everyone reacted to him.” I found myself clapping even more frequently. I love animals.” Take a look at this video to see the young dog having his big moment:
