We’d get up and beg our mothers for a couple of dollars to go have ice cream as soon as the familiar melody started playing. There’s something about ice cream from a truck that tastes different from ice cream from a store.
Ice cream trucks, it turns out, aren’t just popular with children; they’re also popular among canines. So much so that one ice cream-obsessed dog waits eagerly in line every time the truck passes through his neighborhood.
The privileged dog is always rewarded with his favorite ice cream, and his owners managed to capture it all on camera one day! They published the video on YouTube, and we knew we had to share it with you since it’s so cute.

He immediately recognizes the music and realizes that he is in for a nice surprise. Despite his obvious delight, the Good Boy politely waits behind a woman, allowing her to be served without pushing in front of her.
After a few minutes of waiting, the dog’s owner joins the line, and the sweet pit bull can’t help but become thrilled once more. When his owner reminds him to sit, the obedient puppy does so and returns to patiently waiting. After all that, we think he deserves an ice cream cone — and thankfully, his owner agrees!
She purchases a Mr. Whippy ice cream for her dog, but she doesn’t order anything for herself, which is funny! This is one spoilt puppy.
The ice cream is enthusiastically devoured by the pit bull, and it isn’t long before the entire container is gone.
We think he’s the luckiest dog on the planet to get ice cream from the ice cream truck – those uncommon delights were hard to come by when we were kids!
